• By accessing and using the Notemate Tool:
• • I agree to never use or share information obtained from the Notemate Tool in any way that is detrimental to the State, or its employees, and I will strictly observe all confidentiality protocols. The utilisation of the information is limited to my areas of responsibility.
• • I acknowledge that my Notemate user account is equivalent to my signature. I will not disclose this user ID or password to anyone or allow anyone other than myself to access Notemate using my account information.
• • I understand that I am responsible and accountable for all entries made and all information accessed under my user account, even if such action was committed by myself or by another due to my intentional or negligent actions.
